Prior to joining Riverstone in 2010, Mr. Gray was an attorney in the business development group of Engie’s predecessor, where he helped develop the company’s renewable energy portfolio in North America and supported the company’s other power and gas activities. Prior to joining Engie’s predecessor, Mr. Gray was counsel at Occidental Petroleum Corporation. In this role, he supported the company’s oil and gas activities in the midstream and upstream sectors. Mr. Gray began his career at Vinson & Elkins, where he focused on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions work in the energy sector.
Mr. Gray received his B.A. in Economics and History from Georgetown University and his J.D. from the Duke University School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in Texas.
